Shipping for orders of $40 or less is a flat rate $9.99 ground shipping in the continental United States. Shipments may be sent via priority mail at our discretion. Some East and West coast addresses may require air shipping for an extra charge.

Hawaii and Alaska are charged actual shipping costs. Please call 1.800.654.4012 for air shipping options and costs.

FREE GROUND SHIPPING is providedon orders of at least $175 to one address in the continental United States.

Internet Shipping Information

Holiday shipments will begin shipping approximately 7 to 14 days before the scheduled holiday to allow ample time to arrive before the holiday.

We will try to accommodate requested delivery dates but please allow a few days variance due to extenuating factors.

Standard delivery days are Monday thru Friday.

We attempt to avoid shipping meats, other thank jerky, over a weekend.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your Robertson’s Hams purchase for any reason, please call us at 800-346-1408 to arrange your return. Note that all returns must be for unused product. We are unable to process any return for products that have been partially used or consumed.

Once a customer service representative has arranged your return, and Robertson’s Hams has received the product or products, we will issue you a refund check. You may also return unused products to our physical store located at 11276 N. Hwy 99, Seminole, OK 74868.
