Robertson's Cooked Sausage
If you like flavorful cooked sausage Robertson's Hams has a full line of cooked sausage. All ready to eat. Our Robertson's Summer Sausage has a medium blend of spices that enhance the mixture of flavorful beef and pork. Our Robertson's Polish Sausage is made from a blend of lean cuts of pork and beef and seasoned with fine natural spicy spices. Our Robertson's Beef Sausage is a mildly seasoned, lean, all beef sausage.
Preparation & Serving:
We
suggest all our cooked sausages be served at room temperature for best
flavor. Before slicing, rise the sausage stick with warm water, then
remove the casing and slice. Our cooked sausage makes a great quick
sandwich. It's also great with cheese and crackers, or diced in a chef
salad.
Polish Sausage Meal:
Dice cooked
sausage into bite size pieces. Pour barbecue sauce (1/2 to 1 cup) over
the meat and heat at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
Party Sandwiches:
Take
a loaf of French bread cut in half lengthwise. Layer slices of cooked
sausage, smoked cheese, sliced purple onion and tomato on a bed of
lettuce. Replace the bread top, slice and serve. For extra flavor add a
side dip of mustard and mayonnaise.
